The quality of Brigatti’s estate wines originates from the Colline Novaresi / Ghemme terroir, in the hills of Novara since the beginning of the 18th century when Alessandro Brigatti began to cultivate vines and began vinifying indigenous grapes.
since 1995 the third generation is in charge of the family’s estate with Francesco Brigatti, son of Luciano, running it. Oenologist and agronomist, Francesco has chosen to continue the family’s estate aiming at producing the highest quality.
Today the property covers six hectares (15 acres) of vineyards managed according to the criteria of the Integrated Pest Management while respecting the environment. Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Bonarda, Barbera and the indigenous white Erbaluce are the grapes cultivated and vinified by this estate.
